The method for adjusting the tension of the cable varies depending on the type of covering. Typically, you’ll find:
- Front tensioning: On both sides of the covering, at the front, you will find an M10 screw. Using a torque wrench, gently tighten this screw to a maximum of 7 Nm.
- Rear tensioning: The tension in some models is adjusted at the rear. Look for a plate with an M10 screw and, using a torque wrench, tighten it to a maximum of 7 Nm.
Important: If you have difficulty making the adjustment, we recommend you contact our nearest support centre (see question 9)

A jerky operation of the covering may be caused by any of several factors. We suggest you check the following steps.
- Check the tension of the operating cable: Ensure that the cable is tensioned correctly and shows no structural damage.
- Inspect the mechanical parts: Check visually for damages to the bows, the raising systems, the pads (the mechanics of the tarpaulin).
- Check the correct operation of the controls: Test both the manual selector and the remote control. On the remote control, check the conditions of the batteries.
- Reset the control unit: If you are still having problems, you may need to reset the control unit. Contact our service centre for technical support.
- Check the sliding power: In some cases, you may need to adjust the sliding power of the cover. Please contact our support centre for a thorough check.
The serial number is a 7-digit barcode.

- On the second foot of the bow, on the driver’s side
- Near the electric motor or on the cab guard of the load body.
